Health is often times call Life or Hit Points. Health represents the maximum amount of damage a character or monster can withstand. Taking damage causes Health to decrease. The amount of armor you have determines how much damage you take. When health reaches zero the character, or monster, dies. Replenishing lost Health is referred to as healing. To heal back to full Health you must either consume a Full Health Potion, touch a Healing Shrine or use weapons with Life Per Hit on them. If the character is left idle Health will regenerate over time. This process is slow. Maximum life is affected by Stamina. Increasing this attribute with Potions or Statues will increase your maximum health. Characters are protected from being killed from full life by a single attack. This is called One Shot Protection. If the damage exceeds your maximum Health it will instead be reduced to deal 85% of your maximum Health.
